We are proud, that most of the ingredients we use in our kitchen come directly from our own garden.
Beside vegetables and spices we also use our own homade olive oil and serve homade fig-brandy to the guests
Besides the vegetables and spices, most of the lambs were raised by us too.
These lambs grazed during their whole life on the beautiful herb filled fields of the island of Krk
When we cook these lambs, their meat requires almost no spices, because the herbs they grazed gives their meat such a full spicy taste. With every bite you can feel the taste of the unique combination of rosmary, oregano, sage and wild asparagus.
Our specialty is to cook lamb in a “peka” pot, along with some other of these wonderful ingredients.
